What is a DISC Assessment?
The DISC assessment is a non-judgmental tool that is used to determine the behavioral differences between each individual and their workforce characteristics. This is important for future employers, it helps them to look at individuals work ethic as well as their characteristics and ultimately choose between candidates.

According to DISC people with a dominant personality tend to place an emphasis on shaping the environment by overcoming opposition to accomplish results. Some behaviors of a person with a D personality include:
- motivation by winning, competition, and success
- prioritizing accepting challenges, taking action and achieving immediate results
- is described as direct, demanding, forceful, strong willed, driven, determined, fast-paced, and self-confident
Some goals related to a dominant personality are:
